Gratitude is YOUR Attitude

So this week ive listened to a talk by Bob Proctor, a motivational speaker who lectures all over the world. I was lucky enough to be given one of his speeches to listen to called; Gratitude is an Attitude. Lots of us know it is a good thing to be grateful, but do we really understand what being grateful can really do for us?

When we express gratitude, it shifts your energy and puts you in harmony with the source of supply so that the good in everything moves towards you.

Has this made me think differently? It certainly has! Its also not only about being grateful when your overwhelmed by for example, kindness towards you, but also through the bad times. Yes being grateful when things might not be going quite the way you want it to. When we may be facing some challenges in life, we focus on that problem and then the problem grows and escalates in our minds. It may feel quite unnatural or pretty difficult at first but the next time things arent going your way, shift your thinking and think about all the things you do have to be grateful for. When you change the way you look at the problems, the problems will change........ give it a try, what have you go to lose??
