Thrive & Survive with...….

I've been where you are...… balancing work and kids, feeling guilty for being at work when the kids want you, or being day off with the kids when an important meeting is in place. Every now a then do you feel burnt out? Or do you feel that you need to quit your job and at least get one thing right?

Well I have felt all of the above and realised how ever much I spoke to friends, family or work colleagues, I needed to take control of my life as I love being a mum (my kids really are my world!) but I also like working because I like having my own money and I love teaching my boys that working hard really does reap its rewards.

This led to be doing a number of years of training until I became a Master Practitioner in Life Coaching, Business Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). From this I have learnt to take charge of my life, feel good about what I deliver at work and live a less guilty life!

I do this whilst also having a senior position in a corporate company and have done now for 16 years. A mum of two young boys, my priorities changed......it also at times got super tough!

I want to teach as many other mums as possible how to take control of their lifes, the teachings I have need to be shared!

My passion is to allow working mums to learn from my mistakes and help them with their work life balance.
"I am happy to answer any questions, however big or small - maybe you are thinking about trying coaching for the first time or just want to explore the opportunities available to you."

This 3 month programme is a must for any career minded mum who wants to be an amazing mum at the same time having a corporate career.

The programme follows a set structure but is also fully flexible for your needs. It includes 6 conversations with Rachel.

Rachel is a NLP practitioner and uses this amazing skill throughout her work. NLP is an approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It works with the connection between the neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic") and behavioural patterns learned through experience ("programming") and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
